The location was good

First of all there was a horrible smell in the corridor leading to the room, next there is problem with hot water and the breakfast was not great.

Stay was ok but the problem with the light in the night make us crazy

Big problem with the light is always going on in the night over the bed. The elecrtic man try to fix it but the problem persists. Also many of the lights didn't work. In the "living room" there was no table and also no working desk. Overall the hotel need a lifting soon

Good value for the money .But the food could do with improving 7 out off 10

The food was nice but only warm not hot. Only a choice of 2 cornflakes or coco pops. And not much choice of fruit in the morning . Apart from that it is a nice hotel for the money we paid. Every thing was A Ok .The staff are very helpful.My room was cleaned every day and it was spotless . We stopped at the hotel for 12 nights

Location is perfect, just across the street from the beach, rooms are spacious, bathroom with bath tub and a balcony. Breakfast is varied and of good quality. Staff is friendly. The swimming pool is quite nice.

The running water never gets hot, the hotel is dated, although for a large part renovated. When taking a shower in the tub, the water overflows the edge and wets the whole bathroom floor...

Staff looks unfriendly. Hotel charge deposit 1000 baht. Close to the hotel is soi with tens of bars, so be ready that music and late night guys from bars will disturb your sleeping.

A good stay but needs to improve over guest dealing especially Front Desk!

- Location - Overall facilities were ok - Staff backup technical support was superb - Food was fine

- Late Checkin - We had booked two room, with payment already charged. We reached there around 10 am as we were travelling direct from Pakistan through Bangkok. I requested the staff to enable us an early checkin, however they didnt give us any room on the pretext that room is not empty. Ironically we could see people coming in and checking in; also staff on one hand kept telling us that they have one room ready and we will have to wait for the other; while on the other hand some staff told us, that none is available. Interestingly when finally we got to 2 pm deadline, we were given only 1 room and were told to wait for another 3 hours to get the other room - Checkin staff needs to be a bit courteous - One of our rooms didnt have glass partitioning in their wash room - Internet was too slow

Never back again to this hotel.

It is the worst stay in Thailand in the past 3 years. The hotel is not clean, AC in the room is very noisy and dropping water, staff is not helpful and the hotel policies is kind of they want to get your money. They are supposed to be 4 stars hotel but their pool is in the middle of buildings and it is more a bath tub not pool. A very few equipment in the GYM and some not working. Not sure how they call themselves a 4 stars! Finally it is very overpriced given location and the standard of the hotel.

breakfast below average for four stars hotel, no partition for shower, need to sign a paper in check in to agree to many things like paying for extra sachet of coffee or tea among many thing which give the feeling Im in cheep hotel

Nice location and descent hotel

WiFi signal not to good and the breakfast needs attention; all aimed at the Asian customers and not westeners. Plenty of rice, soup and spicy food but little else.
